Braden Castle Association is a deed-restricted community. Homeowners who are selling or leasing their property are responsible for informing their realtor, prospective buyer, or prospective renter about the governing documents of the community, including the Declaration of Covenants, Articles of Incorporation, and Bylaws. Copies of these documents should be provided to the buyer or renter.

 

Buyer or Renter Application Disclaimer: 

Applicants are strongly advised not to submit a buyer or renter application close to the anticipated closing date or lease start date. The Braden Castle management office requires sufficient time to process applications. Applications should be submitted well in advance of the projected closing date or lease start date to allow adequate time for review. Buyer and renter approval is required prior to closing or occupancy.

 

The Braden Castle Homeowners Association shall not be held responsible for delays in closing or occupancy resulting from the late or incomplete submission of an application. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to ensure timely compliance with application requirements.
